Perfect week spent in Columna Medica, top professional staff always at your disposal, making you feel like a special guest (we all were special guests). Like the management says, miracles take them 15 minutes, everything else is solved immediately. Very good, functional rooms, very good food with a twist of slow-food approach (appreciated), just can\'t wait to return for my next treatment. |

Now I have been back in Sweden a week after my stay at Columna Medica. I feel a big difference in my body after all exercise. What I am also very happy about is the new eating habits I have adopted. I simply feel much better now. I have had the best MS rehab available. AMEDS Rehabilitation Program. Well thought out to the smallest detail. Respect. The facility is state of the art and completely new. I would also like to pay tribute to everyone who works at Columna Medica. They really made me feel at home. The ones I had the most contact with, Dagmara who trained me and Pavel which was responsible for the diet, did not get tired of me. Warning, I\'ll be back again! I am not looking for the missing kilos. I am looking for more training. :)

Day seven The entire staff here at Columna Medica get both me and Lena to feel very well cared for. If all MS patients were subjected to this rehab would our difficulties and need help in the future to reduce drastically. The diet has done wonders. I am more alert and do not rest in the afternoon. The belt I have fallen a hole. (there\'s only one left) I feel stronger and my left works better, although a bit sore. Above all, I begin to revise my view of life with new insights I got from the people I met here in Poland. Three weeks to go, and I will use every minute. Everyone who works here takes care of me. I feel almost like home. A little lazy and spoiled. But no matter. I enjoy it and the people who work here are enjoying their jobs. I can put 100% energy into my work - to learn to walk again. Everything you could want is here, from a good and fast wifi, to cooking at a very high level. I find it hard to walk in the shoes and often go around the entire facility in stockings. When I walked around all day in the plant, the socks is almost clean. It is respect for the details! I will give a new review in the end of my stay.
