  We eat too many simple carbohydrates (in the form of sweets) and animal fats
We do not eat breakfast, and we do too long intervals between meals

  7 steps to a slim figure  
  1. Determine a realistic goal (e.g. 1 kg per week).
2. Do not choose too stringent diets. Remember the rule: you need to eat to lose weight! It is important, however, what, when and how much we eat. Short hunger-cure purifies the body, but when badly managed and too long - weakens it. And the acute diet can cause hunger pangs.
3. Prepare tasty-looking and delicious dishes.
4. Support metabolism. Fast metabolism is a prerequisite for the success of any diet. Its improvement depends on physical activity, regular intake of food, vegetables and fruit.
5. Slow down, at least for the time of diet. Changing the diet means the stress to the body.
6. A diet will work better if we start to move. Physical activity will accelerate the calories burning.
7. Instead of weighing, check your measurements. With a well-balanced diet you can gest slimmer not losing weight, i.e. your muscles grow slightly, and the fat disappears. And here is what we want.
